Route selection and issue resolution
Routes are organized into three tiers: IEPL dedicated lines, relays, and direct connections. Choose a path based on your current task, location, and target service rather than staying on one node permanently. If the connection becomes unstable, first switch to another route in the same region, then check the client configuration and subscription status. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the user panel.
Privacy approach and minimal data collection
