Service Content and Scope
VPNSM provides subscription services for cross-border access, international website connections, and network acceleration across Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes include 120+ countries / 250+ routes. The user panel shows the current regions, route types, and connection status.
The service provides account access, subscription information, route resources, and related usage guidance. Local network conditions, international links, target website policies, and device settings may affect actual connection results. The route list may change due to maintenance, capacity adjustments, or regional network conditions.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, and plan actions performed through their accounts. If improper credential handling creates an account access risk, submit a ticket through the user panel promptly.
Subscriptions support unlimited devices online at the same time, but use is limited to the account holder and devices within their reasonable control. Do not publicly share accounts, distribute subscription details in bulk, resell route resources, or provide the service to unrelated parties through top-ups or shared-account operations. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and actual usage context, and must independently confirm that their accessed content, data transfers, and network activity meet those requirements. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringe the lawful rights of others, or disrupt network facilities, target systems, or other users.
Using the service to distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, send malicious traffic, attack systems, steal data, or avoid applicable legal responsibility is prohibited. If there is clear abuse, abnormal resource consumption, or a risk to service operation, VPNSM may take necessary access restriction measures.
Service Availability and Disclaimer
VPNSM maintains and schedules routes according to their status, but does not promise continuous availability in every region, on every local network, or for every target service. Device updates, local network failures, international link fluctuations, target website policy changes, maintenance, and events beyond control may affect connection speed or cause temporary unavailability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect losses caused by these external conditions, user configuration errors, exposed credentials, or violations of these terms shall be handled by the responsible party as required by law. If a route behaves abnormally, users may switch routes and submit a ticket through the user panel so the connection environment and subscription status can be checked.
Refunds and Account Termination
A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests may be submitted through a user panel ticket. Funds are returned through the original payment method; VPNSM supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and the final posting status depends on the relevant payment channel.
Users who choose to stop using the service may simply decline to renew their subscriptions. If an account involves resale, public sharing, unlawful use, malicious service disruption, or another serious violation of these terms, VPNSM may restrict the relevant subscription, suspend account access, or terminate the service. Any action will be limited to protecting route operation and normal use by other users.
Changes to These Terms and Other Matters
VPNSM may update these terms based on service content, route arrangements, payment procedures, or compliance requirements. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the service after an update means that the user has read and accepted the revised content.
These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the rules governing use of VPNSM. If any provision is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
